To keep every draw fair, transparent, and fully compliant with UK law, please read the rules below before entering.
These rules apply to all competitions unless stated otherwise on the competition page.

1. Who Can Enter
Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from entering.
Employees, family members, or anyone professionally connected with ClanLoot may not participate.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information.

2. How to Enter
You can enter a competition in two ways:
Paid Entry Route
1. Choose your competition on the ClanLoot website.
2. Select the number of entries you want.
3. Answer the skill question correctly (if required).
4. Complete checkout with accurate contact details.
Incorrect answers do not qualify for entry.
Free Entry Route
You may enter for free via email.

Paid and free entries are treated equally.

3. Entry Limits
Each competition may have:
A maximum number of total entries
A maximum number of entries per person
Both are clearly displayed on each competition page.
Entries beyond these limits may be voided.

4. Opening & Closing Dates
Each competition has specific opening and closing dates listed on its product page.
Entries received after the closing date are invalid.
If all tickets sell out early, the draw may be brought forward.
If entry numbers are low, the competition may be extended once for up to 14 days.

5. How Winners Are Chosen
All valid entries are allocated an entry number.
A winner is selected using an independent random number generator (e.g., Random.org).
Draws may be streamed live or recorded for transparency.
The Promoter’s decision is final.

6. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by email or phone within 48 hours.
Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
If the winner does not respond, ClanLoot may select a new winner.
We may announce winners using first name, initial, and town, unless anonymity is requested.
Winners may need to provide:
Proof of age
Proof of identity
Proof of address
Verification is required before any prize is dispatched.

7. The Prize
Each competition’s prize is clearly described on the product page.
No cash alternative is offered unless stated.
If a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater value.
All prizes are delivered to a UK address free of charge.

8. If Not Enough Entries Are Sold
If a competition does not meet expected entry levels, ClanLoot may:
Proceed with the draw and award the prize, OR
Extend the competition once for up to 14 days
ClanLoot will never:
Cancel a competition without legitimate cause
Keep entry fees without awarding a prize or issuing refunds if required

9. Refunds
Competition entries are non-refundable unless a competition is cancelled.
Incorrect answers are not eligible for refunds.
Free entries cannot be refunded.

10. Fairness & Fraud Prevention
ClanLoot may disqualify any entrant who:
Uses false information
Attempts to manipulate the competition
Uses automated systems (“bots”)
Violates any of the rules listed here
We reserve the right to block abusive or fraudulent users.

11. Data Protection
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Information is used only for administering competitions and delivering prizes.
Winner details may be published as required.
